**Job Description: Executive, Social Media (Brand & Marketing Communications)**  

**Location:** Mumbai  

**Employment Type:** Fixed Term Employment for 3 years  

**Reporting To:** Head, Brand & Marketing Communications  

 

**Brief Job Description:**  

The role involves developing and executing social media strategies to meet brand objectives. You will manage the Trusts’ presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Sharechat, support social marketing efforts, and act as the primary point of contact for engaging with teams to curate stories. Additionally, you will lead digital campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring consistent communication and staying informed about organizational developments.

 

**Key Accountabilities:**  

– Create engaging content to drive target audience interaction and brand promotion.  

– Analyze social media campaign performance and provide insights on metrics.  

– Manage outreach with influencers and plan events/webinars.  

– Oversee the Social Media agency for continuous digital engagement.  

– Manage budgets related to digital engagements and work in a fast-paced environment.

 

**Stakeholder Relationships:**  

– **Internal:** Program teams, field teams, support functions.  

– **External:** Agencies, partners, Tata Group ecosystem.

 

**Job Specifications:**  

 

**Knowledge:**  

– Digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).  

– SEO/SEM techniques and social media management tools.  

– Creative and AI suites experience.  

 

**Competencies & Skills:**  

– Excellent written and verbal communication with problem-solving skills.  

– Creative thinking and visual design inclination.  

– Expertise in social media platforms.  

– Time-management and organizational skills.  

– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.  

– Media trend identification.  

 

**Experience:**  

– 3 to 5 years in digital marketing, content writing, and social media management.  

– Familiarity with the social sector and CSR.  

 

**Qualifications:**  

– Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing.  

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  

– Command over digital marketing tools and analytics.  

– Fluency in English and Hindi.
