Duration – 48 Week; from date of appointment
Remuneration: INR Rs 17,500 per month consolidated.

Job Description: The Facilitator shall be responsible to organize training programs and should be capable of mobilizing input dealers for DAESI Program. Should have documentation, research and report writing skills.

Skills specific to Facilitator: Graduate/ post graduate in Agriculture with experience in the sector. Preference would be given to Agriculture graduates. The candidate should have adequate knowledge about the agricultural activities undertaken in the districts, experience in organizing training programs and should be capable of mobilizing input dealers for DAESI Program.

Essential Qualifications:

– Graduate/ post graduate in Agriculture with experience in the respective sector.

– Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience with documentation, research work and report writing skills. Must be familiar with Marathi, Hindi and English language.

– Conversant with research methods, tools and techniques.

– Good communication and writing skills.

– Ability to co-ordinate and perform in team environment.
