Job responsibilities

❖ Carry out project activities in field as per instructions given by the coordinator

❖ Conduct need assessment at the identified schools and store it in the database.

❖ Assist the coordinator during school sessions and own the logistics of session materials.

❖ Work closely with coordinator and own the installation of demo interventions in the schools.

❖ Train the school in operation and maintenance of installed interventions and asset handover process.

❖ Conduct endline assessment and assist the coordinator during impact assessment.

❖ Support TIDE team in executing other projects in Tamil Nadu.

Essential attributes

❖ Diploma holder / ITI with minimum 2-year experience

❖ Team player

❖ Ethical and honest

❖ Aptitude for technical data collection and field work

❖ Communication skills in Tamil and English

❖ Basic computing skills with experience of working in word, excel and presentation.

Terms

❖ This is a full-time job based in Chennai. However, the candidate is expected to travel across Tamil Nadu for other projects.

❖ Salary range is 1.8 LPA to 2.0 LPA.

❖ Travel reimbursements shall be provided on submission of actual bills.
