**Job Location:** Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India
**Employment Type:** Contractual (1 year)

**Reports To:** Project Manager
**Annual Salary:** Up to ₹250,000
**Experience Required:** 2 years of experience in livelihood projects.
**Job Purpose:**
To drive grassroots project work in Himachal Pradesh and other locations, supporting the project’s objectives.
**Job Description:**
* Conduct field visits to ensure proper execution of plans and schemes as directed by the Project Manager, subject matter specialists, and Block Coordinator.
* Assist with and follow up on all project activities as instructed by the Block Coordinator.
* Regularly monitor daily field activities.
* Assist the Block Coordinator in data collection.
* Maintain assets, data, and records at block offices as instructed.
* Support village-level workers in advocacy, resource mobilization, monitoring, and evaluation.
* Participate in local programs (e.g., Kisan Mela, exhibitions).
* Mobilize resources and communities for field-level activities.
* Possess strong familiarity with the local dialect, area, and available resources at the village and block levels.
* Facilitate community mobilization for all field activities.
