### **Job Purpose:**
We are seeking a Field Coordinator to join our team in Gurugram. This role involves driving grassroots work for livelihood projects in Uttarakhand and other locations, supporting project execution and monitoring.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct field visits to ensure proper execution of plans and schemes as per instructions from the Project Manager or Block Coordinator.
– Assist with follow-up on project activities and monitor day-to-day operations at the field level.
– Collect and maintain data from the field, including asset management at block offices.
– Support village-level workers in tasks related to advocacy, resource mobilization, monitoring, and evaluation.
– Participate in local programs such as Kisan Mela and exhibitions.
– Mobilize resources and communities for project activities.
– Be well-acquainted with the local dialect, area, and resources available at the village and block level.
### **Qualifications:**
– 2 years of relevant experience in livelihood projects or fieldwork.
– Strong understanding of local dialects and community dynamics.
– Ability to mobilize communities and manage data effectively.
– Proficiency in local languages (Hindi/Hindi-Urdu).
– Familiarity with resource mobilization and monitoring tools is a plus.
