## Field Sales Officer

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Officer to join our growing team. As a Field Sales Officer, you will be responsible for:
* **Generating leads and building relationships with potential clients.** This includes identifying target groups, conducting outreach programs, and engaging with individuals and communities.
* **Promoting Haqdarshak’s services and educating clients about the benefits of our platform.** You will provide clear and concise information about our services and answer client inquiries.
* **Converting leads into paying clients and achieving sales targets.** This involves demonstrating the value of our services, negotiating agreements, and closing deals.
* **Maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients and managing client relationships.** You will track client progress and ensure their satisfaction.
* **Providing regular reports on sales activity and progress toward targets.** You will keep track of your sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
**Key Skills:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
* Proficient in lead generation and client relationship management
* Knowledge of the social sector and government welfare schemes is a plus

* **Collaborate with the marketing team** to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
* **Stay updated on social sector trends** and government welfare schemes.
