Job Description
- Supervise the trainers and the field facilitators.
- Build stakeholder relationships with the external ecosystem, and the senior management on the estate.
- Provide additional support for training programmes and capacity building.
- Assess and evaluate the data collected.
- Report to the Project Manager.
Requirement: Should be fluent in either Nepali, Bengali or Sadri and Hindi or English
Experience: Programme Implementation, Field Work, Gender, Training, and Theatre
