Job Description
- Facilitate and lead the meetings, workshops, FGDs, theatre games, training with all the stakeholders on the tea estate, including the management, workers, and communities.
- Responsible for the case studies, and reporting.
- Collect data and regular on-ground reporting to field facilitators.
Requirement: Should be fluent in either Nepali, Bengali or Sadri and Hindi or English
Experience: Field Work, Gender, Training, and Theatre
