**Experience Required:**
– 0 to 3 years of experience in filmmaking, video production, or related roles, preferably within the social impact or NGO sector.
– Strong passion for creating impactful films with a focus on social change.
– Proven ability to craft emotionally resonant stories and ensure culturally sensitive storytelling.
– Proficiency in screenwriting, pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
– Basic camera and editing skills, along with familiarity with Adobe Suite and similar software.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Ideate, write scripts, and direct videos for Noora Health’s content needs.
– Own projects from concept to completion, including creating production plans.
– Collaborate with internal teams to align creative solutions with program objectives.
– Research and transform medical information into accessible, audience-friendly content.
– Adhere to established processes and deliver high-quality outputs as per project expectations.
