**Job Title:** Finance Assistant

**Position Summary:**
The Finance Assistant will support the finance team by managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining accurate financial records. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance, this role is integral to our mission-driven organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Maintain and record accounting entries regularly.
– Assist in developing and submitting financial reports to donors.
– Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements by maintaining necessary files and documents.
– Prepare asset registers for internal and external purposes.
– Process reimbursements and vendor payments efficiently.
– Reconcile ledgers and prepare bank reconciliations.
– Handle finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
– Support in finalizing books of accounts and address audit concerns.
– Provide assistance in secretarial matters, correspondence, and filing.
**Qualifications:**
– Graduate in Commerce with 0-4 years of relevant experience.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Accounting Concepts.
– Knowledge of ERP systems.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a mindset aligned with integrity, accountability, and drive.
