## Team Lead – Finance Literacy

Our mission is to empower students from marginalized backgrounds in India. To achieve this, we leverage technology with AI and NLP-powered WhatsApp chatbot to build co-curricular electives that nurture creativity, self-confidence, and problem-solving abilities. Our flagship WhatsApp Chatbot, TAP Buddy, offers electives such as Visual and Performing Arts, Coding, STEM, and Financial Literacy.
Currently, TAP is impacting over 34,000 students across ten states in India. TAP students display a 2x improvement in creativity and a 74% improvement in self-confidence. In 2024-25, TAP aims to work with 100,000 students across multiple states through various government partnerships.

**Role Summary**
**Location:** Pune/Mumbai OR Remote (visit the city of placement once a month)
**Time Commitment:** Full Time
**Reporting to:** Curriculum Manager
**Compensation:** 3.80 – 5.10 LPA (inclusive of EPF & Medical Insurance)
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Program Management:**
* Support in designing online/offline content for students.
* Execute training sessions throughout the year to facilitate TAP facilitators/mentors to understand and execute the online Financial Literacy curriculum effectively.
* Ensure that all program videos and content align with the organization’s goals of building leadership skills.
* Work closely with the Program team to ensure the curriculum is being implemented effectively via TAP Buddy.
**Stakeholder Management:**
* Problem-solve issues faced by schools/mentors in implementing programs.
* Support and mentor the team during video ideation, creation, and execution.
**Curriculum Management:**
* Research, identify, and curate relevant and high-quality content for Financial Literacy across subjects.
* Contextualize researched content for TAP’s program and the Indian scenario.
* Organize the curriculum into well-constructed videos that follow industry best practices around pedagogy & behavior management and are easily implementable for TAP mentors.
* Assist Manager in documenting curriculum, updating content, and ensuring effective dissemination across all TAP stakeholders.
* Conduct detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis on the Finance Literacy outputs and outcomes and present them to the team quarterly.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
* Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Finance or Economics.
* 0 to 2 years of relevant full-time work experience in one or more relevant fields/fellowships.
* Willingness to learn about the workings of relevant verticals.
* Experience in the field of Financial Literacy or a detailed understanding of how these verticals operate will be beneficial.
* Experience of working with children and varied teams in any capacity (full-time/volunteering) will add value to the candidature.
**Skills:**
* Experience with editing tools would be an added advantage.
