**Job Location:** New Delhi, India

 

**Experience Required:** Qualified CA with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting in for-profit and/or not-for-profit organizations.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* **Accounting:** Ensure accuracy of accounting records, reconcile them monthly for global and local books of accounts, prepare quarterly financial statements, and perform variance analysis. Assist in ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations. 

* **Audits:** Provide support in conducting statutory and internal audits, respond accurately to audit queries, and ensure compliance with HQ requirements.

* **Budget Management:** Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for corporate functions, monitor actual expenditures, track financial data in the accounting system, and prepare meaningful reports for management decision-making.

* **Other:** Process payments, compile related information, support procurement, asset management, and inventory control. Contribute to month-end/year-end closure processes, prepare MIS reports, and liaise with banks, auditors, and consultants on tax and accounting matters.

 

**Required Skills and Competencies:**

 

* Knowledge of local laws including Companies Act, FCRA, Income-Tax, GST, and Labor Laws.

* In-depth understanding of audit procedures.

* Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and similar.

* Well-organized, detail-oriented, with good follow-through skills.

* Excellent written and communication skills.

* Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

* Experience with ERP systems such as BW and Salesforce is an added advantage.
