**Job Description:**

United Way Delhi is seeking passionate and dedicated Foundational Numeracy and Learning (FLN) Instructors to join our team on an immediate basis. You will be responsible for implementing project activities in 4 government schools located in Faridabad, Haryana. 

**Responsibilities:**

* Implement project activities at designated schools.

* Assess students’ learning progress and adapt peer learning as an innovative tool for FLN.

* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

* Collaborate with school administrators and teachers to integrate project activities into the school’s curriculum.

* Maintain accurate and complete records of each student’s progress.

* Organize SMC and parent-teacher meetings as needed.

* Collaborate with teachers to co-create lesson plans tailored to scheduled classes.

* Assist in ensuring the safety of all children in the classroom and school during school hours.

* Support fellow teachers and encourage them to utilize smart classrooms.

* Regularly communicate with the Program Lead regarding progress and challenges.

* Perform any other tasks assigned by the Program Lead or senior management.

**Qualifications:**

* B.Ed/B.EL.Ed/Post graduate in Arts, Science, Commerce with a good percentile from a reputed university (preference given to candidates with teaching background).

* Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with school students.

* Well-versed with the New Education Policy and innovative teaching and learning processes.

**Location:**

* Faridabad, Haryana

* Specific locations: Nachouli, Jasana, Palwali, Tikawali (1 position for each location)

**Nature of Engagement:**

* Full-time

* Minimum one-year engagement recommended.

**Key Skills:**

* Self-starter with the ability to lead project implementation independently.

* Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

* Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for community mobilization and awareness on social issues in underserved communities.

* Proficient in communicating in English and Hindi (proficiency in regional language is an added preference).

* Sound knowledge of the New Education Policy and passion for facilitation.

**Remuneration:**

* Subject to relevant qualifications, experience, merit, and as per the organization’s norms.
