Smile Foundation is a non-governmental organization based in New Delhi, India. It was established in 2002 and benefitting over 15,00,000 underprivileged children, youth, women and their families every year, through 400 live welfare projects on subjects such as education, healthcare, youth employability and women empowerment, across 25 states of India. Adopting a life cycle approach to development, Smile Foundation focuses its interventions on children, their families and the community.

Responsibilites

• Engaging existing donors through telephonic conversations about the importance of their transformational investment..

• Meeting set fundraising targets

• Maintaining the database of individuals for the organization

• Regular follow up with donors & converting them for long term giving

• Providing relevant information to donors in an honest & effective manner

• Responsible for achieving daily/weekly targets,in accordance with agreed KPI.

Desired Profile

• English Proficiency (Spoken)

• English Proficiency (Written)

• Good command over Google documents and MS office

• Target oriented

• Good planner & team player

• We’ll prefer prior experience as a tele-caller or in fundraising

Compensation Offered: 20,000/- per month
