Roles and Responsibilities

You get a chance to represent WWF-India through face to face communication (involves street pitching, pitching at events, corporates, commercials and during road trips across India).

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve budgeted conversion rates and meet set income targets by signing paid supporters.
• Contribute to the overall achievement of the process goals by achieving agreed personal goals.
• Actively share project information and fundraising techniques with fellow team members.
• Participating in comprehensive training to develop knowledge about different initiatives and present that to prospective clients.
• To participate in all fundraising campaigns, public engagements and other activities as per organizational requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any graduate/postgraduate
• 0-2 years of experience in any domain.
• Ability to persuade, network and negotiate with people
• Good English communication, relationship building and sales and convincing skills
• Confident, positive and go-getter attitude
• Self-motivated and performance-driven.
