It was established in 2002 and benefitting over 15,00,000 underprivileged children, youth, women and their families every year, through 400 live welfare projects on subjects such as education,healthcare, youth employability and women empowerment, across 25 states of India.Adopting a life cycle approach to development, Smile Foundation focuses its interventions onchildren, their families and the community.

Role Summary:

This role requires establishing alliances & partnerships with e-commerce, retail, travel, FMCG, technology and other allied companies, that are willing to engage or contribute towards a charitable cause.

Responsibility:

• Identify potential partners for Brand Alliances

• Reach out to decision makers such as Business Heads, CMO’s, CRO’s to present partnership opportunities

• Negotiate the deliverables and complete the legal formalities necessary to start and execute a partnership

• Work closely with cross functional teams to launch and execute the partnerships and grow them in a scalable manner

• Own, set-up and track output metrics for each partnership (Adoption, Claims, ROI)

Qualifications:

• MBA in any discipline

• Over all 8-10 years’ business development experience out of which 3 – 5 years of experience in Partnership & Alliances role, with any digital media/Internet/ Loyalty/Bank/Ecommerce company. Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new partnership opportunities

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans. Should possess good communication and interpersonal skill

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
