**Job Title:** Fundraising Head

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
– Identify and cultivate new donors, including foundations, corporates, and individuals.
– Lead strategic partnerships and manage donor relationships.
– Represent Peepul externally to enhance visibility in the philanthropic community.
– Oversee grant proposal development and compliance.
– Build and mentor a fundraising team, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in business administration, social work, or related field.
– 15+ years of experience, with at least 10 in fundraising and team management.
– Strong network with CSR and philanthropic organizations.
– Proven negotiation skills and results-focused approach.
– Proficiency in English and Hindi.
