**Job Description:**

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Fundraising Officer to join our team in Jaipur. As a Fundraising Officer, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new donors and building relationships with existing donors to support WWF-India’s conservation efforts. 

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement donor acquisition strategies to reach new audiences and increase donor base.

* Conduct research and identify potential donor segments.

* Develop compelling fundraising materials, including proposals, presentations, and appeals.

* Manage and execute direct mail, email, and online fundraising campaigns.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, ensuring their satisfaction and continued support.

* Track and analyze fundraising data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

* Stay up-to-date on fundraising trends and best practices.

* Collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment with overall fundraising goals.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, donor acquisition, or a related field.

* Proven track record of success in acquiring new donors and building relationships with existing donors.

* Strong understanding of fundraising principles and best practices.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Passion for conservation and a commitment to WWF’s mission.
