**Job Description:**

 

The Fundraising Officer – Lead Process will play a crucial role in generating revenue for WWF-India by transforming potential leads into active donors.  This involves a multifaceted approach including:

 

* Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new donors from existing data.

* Maintaining consistent communication with donors to foster engagement and retention.

* Contacting donors through various channels (calls, emails, in-person meetings) to effectively communicate WWF-India’s mission and work.

* Achieving individual and team fundraising targets set by the line manager.

 

**Requirements:**

 

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Postgraduate/MBA preferred) from a recognized university.

* Excellent English communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and connect with diverse individuals.

* Strong performance orientation and collaborative team spirit.

* Enthusiasm and drive to inspire others and promote WWF-India’s conservation efforts.

* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Immediate availability to start.

 

 

**Experience:** 0-1 year

 

**Salary:** 3 LPA
