**Job Description:**
We are seeking a passionate and target-oriented individual to build and lead the Fundraising portfolio for Peepul. The role involves building a team, expanding the donor pipeline, maintaining strong donor relationships, and designing an overall fundraising strategy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Work closely with the CEO to implement a sustainable fundraising strategy.
– Identify and research new prospects (foundations, corporates, individuals).
– Lead strategic partnerships with Corporates in India aligned with growth-strategy.
– Manage international Foundations supporting Peepul’s work and maintain strong reporting and communication.
– Create tools, systems, and processes to manage donor relationships and create a yearlong funder pipeline.
– Represent Peepul externally and enhance the organization’s visibility through communications and social media outreach.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in business administration, social work, public policy, or related discipline.
– 4-8 years of experience managing partnerships with Indian and International donors.
– Strong network of existing relationships with CSR & philanthropic organizations.
– Proven experience negotiating with senior stakeholders.
– Results-focused, diplomatic, and skilled in achieving results through influence and personal credibility.
**Language Proficiency:** English and Hindi.
