About the department

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. In the Diabetes Commercial Unit, we are a passionate team helping 26+ million people with diabetes achieve better health through superior products and solutions. We drive the commercial strategy across a strong portfolio of both launch and life-cycle management products.

The Position

As a Global Project Manager- Social Sustainability, you will need to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • You will drive internal reporting and tracking on social responsibility performance. You will be involved in driving internal information sites and content creation for the Global Access to Care (GAC) team. Alongside, you will support and review critical periodical deliverables and projects in GAC & lead individual projects within the field of access to care.
  • You will be supporting process of periodically reporting regarding memos, paragraphs, reports, and data collection.
  • You will ensure that the sites are updated, functional and clear to navigate in.
  • You will do the quality review, proofread and sanity check of other colleagues’ deliverable.
  • You will ensure clear GAC internal presentation decks and project update one-pagers.
  • You will lead alignment with external preferred vendors.

 Qualification

  • You hold a graduate degree in Pharma (B. Pharm), Science/Biotechnology (B.Sc.), Engineering (BTech) or master’s degree (preferably within Marketing) from a well-recognized institute with good academic track records and grades.
  • You hold 2+ years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Marketing/Sustainability/Project Management or 5-8 years of overall experience in Marketing/Sustainability/Project Management.
  • Experience within Diabetes therapy area is preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into simple and efficient communications and develop storylines for presentations etc.
  • Strong content writing skills with excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated experience in analysing complex datasets, collecting data, effectively synthesizing the analytics/data to form a complete, cohesive picture.
  • Understanding of corporate sustainability and global issues.
  • Technical skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word is a must.
