**Job Description – Government Partnerships Associate**
**Location:** Navi Mumbai
**Experience Required:** Minimum 2 years of experience in the Social Sector
**About the Company:**
iTeach Schools is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing quality education to low-income students across India. Based in Pune and Navi Mumbai, we collaborate with Municipal Corporations to run free schools and a college-to-career program for disadvantaged students. Currently serving 3000 students with plans to expand to over 10,000 students in five years.
**Responsibilities:**
– **Stakeholder Engagement & Liaisoning:** Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as Municipal Corporation officials, Education Department staff, Zilla Parishad members, and government representatives. Resolve issues between the government and iTeach Schools.
– **Compliance & Systemic Reform:** Obtain necessary permissions and compliances for schools. Implement systems in each school using MIS, reporting, and data review. Provide access to scholarships and government benefits.
**Education and Competencies Required:**
– Graduate or above with a major in Social Work.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in the Social Sector.
– Proficiency in Marathi and English for reading, writing, and typing.
– Preferred experience working with government organizations.
**Salary:** The compensation lies between ₹3.78 lakh to ₹4.2 lakh per annum, with additional benefits such as PF, Gratuity, and Medical Insurance.
