**Experience Required:** 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and video shoots/edits (preferred).  Experience with brands and/or agencies is highly valued. Relevant experience in content editing, post-production of digital content, and short films is preferred. Prior experience in the education field is a bonus.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create impactful design materials for our various stakeholders, including beneficiaries, donors, and partners.  This role will involve designing for both online and offline platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Design Support:** Develop compelling designs for social media, newsletters, emailers, websites, flyers, booklets, brochures, standees, banners, merchandise, annual reports, presentations, and infographics.

* **Video Support (Preferred):** Basic camera handling for still and video outputs; creating GIFs, basic video montages/compilations, and testimonials.

* **Brand Support:**  Creating designs that adhere to our brand guidelines; translating campaigns into visually rich designs; creating mood boards; and enriching brand assets (logos, photos, videos).

* **Stakeholder Support:** Collaborating with internal teams to meet their design needs; basic vendor management (printers, gift vendors).

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

* **Educational Background:** Graduate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

* **Skills:** Strong sense of layout, typography, and color theory; ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging visuals; excellent interpersonal skills; strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus; knowledge of Canva and other online design platforms is advantageous; proficiency in English and Hindi.
