Job Opportunity for Graphic Designer at Unison Education Foundation in Dehradun

The Graphic Designer will require to design and develop materials to support business development, marketing initiatives and campaigns. Candidate who can create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities. Emphasis will be on designing customized PowerPoint presentations, brochures, newsletters, microsites and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate must have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. The candidate must have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain high-quality visual content for company brand in both digital and print communications, including, but not limited to brochures, flyers, infographics, social media, web graphics, logos, emailers, event materials, and posters
• Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
• Ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop along with the good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work
• Experience in working in Education sector will be an added advantage
• An appreciation for and awareness of emerging design trends in print and digital
