Job Opportunity for Graphic Designer, Marketing and Communications at Sattva in Bengaluru

Primary Role

As a graphic designer/content creator with Sattva’s Central Marketing Team, you will support the creation of designs and short videos for marketing purposes across various channels. You will get to work with our in-house marketing team and contribute to the ideation and strategy process.

While every day will be different, your general responsibilities will include the following:

• Create social media posts on Sattva’s work for external dissemination
• Design a variety of marketing content – brochures, advertisements, posters etc
• Design reusable templates for presentations, emailers etc
• Create and edit videos
• Analyse audience responsiveness to content and work with the central team to increase engagement

Qualification and Experience

• Well-organized and willing to learn and grow. 
• Good time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Excellent visual media content creation skills and video editing skills.
• Ability to study design briefs and determine requirements and timelines.
• High proficiency with content tools (Any among the following: Adobe Creative Suite and others like DaVinci Resolve, CorelDraw, Affinity, Canva etc)
• Proficiency in clearly communicating, with good written communication skills
• Any experience with tools like Mailchimp is a plus
