Job Opportunity for Graphic Designers & Typesetters at IT for Change

We are looking for freelance graphic designers and typesetters who can work with us on a needs basis to create engaging visual material for our research outputs and advocacy campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design visuals for projects on labor, data rights, internet governance, and gender
• Custom-design graphics for advocacy campaigns
• Design cover pages, posters, and illustrations for various outputs for digital and print
• Create templates and wireframes for microsites
• Format, style, and typeset research papers, compendiums, essay series, reports, etc., on Adobe InDesign

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of proven design experience
• Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
