**Job Title:** Head – Fundraising and Institutional Development

**About the Role:**
The Head of Fundraising and Partnerships will lead A-PAG’s fundraising strategy, building brand awareness among key stakeholders such as CSR foundations, UHNIs, and philanthropic organizations. This role involves setting and achieving fundraising targets, managing donor relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to support organizational growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Brand Building and Outreach:** Develop a strong brand narrative and network with influencers and advisors.
2. **Fundraising Strategy:** Set annual targets, build a donor pipeline, and lead engagements for high-value donors.
3. **Donor Engagement:** Represent A-PAG externally, manage relationships, and ensure timely reporting.
4. **Partnerships:** Establish long-term partnerships and maintain engagement for renewals and upsells.
5. **Internal Collaboration:** Align fundraising messaging with organizational priorities and provide leadership updates.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in business, public policy, environmental studies, or related field.
– 15-20 years of experience in professional environments with a focus on client relationship management.
– Strong networking and communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build credibility.
