The centre collaborates with government partners, foundations, and corporates to support entrepreneurs and startups across themes like climate-tech, women entrepreneurship, and social impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Drive NSRCEL’s fundraising efforts and revenue streams from donors and partners.  

– Own and implement the fundraising strategy across Government, CSR, corporate innovation, foundations, and philanthropy.  

– Execute fundraising activities, including identifying target partners, initiating contacts, pitch presentations, proposals, and negotiating agreements.  

– Explore and execute new fundraising avenues.  

– Implement an engagement strategy to build deeper relationships with funding partners at executive leadership levels.  

– Own donor relationships, lead donor reviews, and manage donor reporting in collaboration with finance and program teams.  

– Ensure compliance with fiduciary, tax, reporting, and governance requirements.  

– Collaborate with program, marketing, and finance teams to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.  

– Lead and mentor the fundraising team, setting clear goals and building strong processes.  

– Influence strategic decisions as part of NSRCEL’s leadership team and serve as a spokesperson for the organization.  

 

**Requirements:**  

– MBA, CA, or postgraduate from a Tier 1 institution with 12+ years of experience.  

– Strong understanding of India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and passion for entrepreneurship.  

– Proven experience in fundraising, business development, and engagement management with Fortune 500 corporates, foundations, philanthropy, and Government.  

– Experience with grant management and regulatory frameworks.  

– Ability to manage key account relationships at executive levels.  

– Executive-level communication skills, enterprise sales, marketing experience, and financial acumen.  

– Bias for action, strong storytelling, proposal writing, and impact reporting skills.
