**Job Description:**

This leadership role requires a proven track record in driving large-scale skilling initiatives nationally. The successful candidate will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, vocational education and skill development institutes, and employers.  Key responsibilities include:

* Leading the national skilling initiative, managing both supply and demand sides.

* Driving business growth in existing and new accounts.

* Ensuring positive outcomes and outputs for beneficiaries.

* Identifying and implementing new, tech-enabled business models.

* Building and managing high-performing teams.

* Developing and maintaining crucial networks with employers, trainers, and mentors.

**Experience Required:**

* 20-25 years of experience in B2C, education/skilling ecosystems.

* Proven experience within the VTP/VTI ecosystem, vocational education/skilling sector, and working with government agencies.

* Demonstrated strategic and innovative thinking, strong business acumen, and analytical rigor.

* Exceptional attention to detail and data analytics capabilities.

* Experience leveraging technology platforms and developing tech-based tools.

* Proven ability to drive teams towards achieving objectives.

* Capacity to work effectively and make decisions in ambiguous environments.

* Extensive business development experience with account management expertise.

* Strong complex problem-solving skills, a sense of urgency, and decisive decision-making abilities.

* Willingness to undertake extensive travel.

* A strong academic background.
