**Job Title:** Head of Product
**Location:** Remote/Global (Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Nepal)
**Experience Required:** 10+ years in product development with at least 5 years in a leadership role

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Define and execute product vision and roadmap for Remote Engagement Service (RES), Health Educator Platform (HEP), AI initiatives, and data systems.
– Lead AI integration into platforms to enhance personalized health communication at scale.
– Build and mentor a cross-functional product team, fostering innovation and user-centricity.
– Collaborate with engineering, medical, research, design, and country teams to deliver impactful solutions.
– Represent Noora Health in product discussions with government partners, ensuring solutions meet their needs.
**Qualifications:**
– 10+ years in product development, with 5+ years in leadership managing cross-functional teams.
– Experience in healthcare communication technologies, AI/ML, and low-resource settings.
– Strong background in mobile chat systems and digital product development for diverse contexts.
– Familiarity with government health-tech platforms and scalable open-source solutions.
