**Job Description: Help Desk Support Analyst I**

**Role Summary:**
As a Help Desk Support Analyst I, you will provide Tier I & II support in a high-volume environment, handling user queries and technical issues. You’ll work closely with the Global IT Team to ensure seamless operations across WRI’s offices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Escalation Management:** Escalate priority issues efficiently, ensuring senior staff have all necessary information.
– **Networking & Troubleshooting:** Prioritize tasks, maintain service level agreements, and resolve hardware/software issues.
– **Technical Documentation:** Develop clear technical documents to enhance team productivity and provide guidance on small projects.
**Qualifications:**
– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
– **Experience:** 2+ years of experience in application support, particularly with Dell endpoints, Windows 10/11, MS Outlook, and O365 suite.
– **Certifications:** Preferred (e.g., Microsoft).
– **Languages:** Full fluency in English; second language a plus.
