Job Summary

Help Desk Executives are the front hand person to be responsible for providing assistance and extend support by handling the queries efficiently. Being the voice of SARTHAK, they are responsible for effective counselling the candidates visiting the centre. The majority of their work involves answering phone calls, responding accordingly & maintaining the database for efficient working and analysis.

Key Responsibility Areas

•   Respond to queries of candidates in person, or via phone.

•   To answer and route incoming calls, taking messages as necessary and effectively assist callers.

•   Guiding the parents/visitors for the admissions/training section or where else required.

•   Maintaining the data of the candidate queries received via phone calls/walk-ins.

•   Counseling and follow up with the candidates for registration

•   Documentation and maintenance of registration files

 Essential Skills

•   Graduate in any stream

•   Experience of 2 years shall be preferred
 
Desired Skills

•   Good communication skills

•   Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

•   Sensitized attitude towards the cause and the candidates
