The Hans Foundation (THF), established in 2009, is a Public Charitable Trust dedicated to creating an equitable society and enhancing quality of life for all. We empower marginalized and underprivileged communities in India, focusing on the Health and Wellbeing of remote and underserved groups, with a special emphasis on children, persons with disabilities, and women. THF also works towards holistic Education and Livelihood development for our communities. Our Two-Fold Strategy involves identifying and working within Aspirational Districts and high poverty index areas in the North, North-East, and East regions of specific states, as well as catering to lower-income and migratory populations in cities through urban programs.

 

Over its 15 years of existence, THF has reached more than 35 million beneficiaries through its programs. We work with communities through direct implementation of projects on the ground, in addition to providing local management and monitoring support to not-for-profit organizations in India funded through THF USA and RIST.

 

**Project:**

 

The Hans Foundation has been operating more than 45 Hans Renal Care Centers on a self-implementation mode since January 2022. Our HRCC intervention is an innovative model of healthcare delivery that helps alleviate health disparities among vulnerable populations and individuals with chronic Kidney diseases.

 

**Job Location:** Kotdwar (Uttarakhand)

 

**Number of Positions:** 1

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and general upkeep.

* Train, control, and supervise staff under your establishment.

* Foster good relations with other departments.

* Ensure the safety and security of all staff under your department and keep superior authorities informed about day-to-day activities.

* Control and issue cleaning materials and equipment.

* Maintain official records on staffing, cleaning materials, and equipment.

 

**Reporting to:** Medical Officer / Bio Medical Engineer

 

**Experience:**

 

* 0-2 years of experience in healthcare with good knowledge and skills.
