## HR Associate
**About iTeach Schools**
iTeach Schools is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a level playing field for all children by providing free and high-impact secondary education to students from low-income communities in India. We run 12 schools in Pune and Navi Mumbai, serving 4500 students and 3000 alumni, and aim to expand to 30 schools and 10,000 students in the next five years. We believe in putting our people first, investing heavily in our staff to ensure the success of our students.
**Job Location:** Navi Mumbai
**Experience Required:** 3+ years of work experience in HR
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage and update Employee Database using existing HRMS.
* Ensure a smooth onboarding and induction process for all new staff members, interns, and volunteers.
* Track key HR parameters such as probation, attrition, retention, etc., and create dashboards for reporting.
* Ensure timely documentation of all kinds of employee and compliance data.
* Launch employee engagement and well-being activities and surveys.
* Implement existing HR, POSH, Child Protection, and other related policies to keep them up to date and applicable.
* Help staff members follow systems and processes, catering to exceptions on a case-to-case basis.
**Prerequisites:**
* Bachelor’s degree with strong performance.
* Required: 3+ years of work experience in HR.
* Preferred: Experience in a school system/education organization.
