## Junior Associate – HR Operations

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced HR Associate to independently manage our complete HR operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit. You will manage the HRIS, physical staff files, all HR letters, dashboards, HR compliance (S&E and POSH), and exit management.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Digitalization and Dashboards:** Implement automation and digital, data-led processes to transition from physical files to cloud-based systems. Maintain soft copies of all HR records. Create various HR dashboards to present data and its interpretation to program heads. Analyze data related to joining vs offer, DEI parameters, exit analysis, promotion analysis, etc.
* **Exit Management:** Manage all exits by conducting exit analysis, exit interviews, and coordinating the exit process with various teams and managers.
* **Maintaining HR Records:** Organize and maintain personnel files, including educational documents, ID proofs, experience letters, employee forms, etc., for all current and exiting staff. Complete documentation for all new joiners and assist them in a smooth onboarding process.
* **Issuing Letters:** Release all offer, appointment, address proof, VISA, experience, staff contract, etc., letters. Reference and file these letters in employee files. Manage staff visiting cards.
* **Compliance and HR Database:** Complete HR compliance and coordinate with compliance vendors. Maintain the HRIS systems on a real-time basis.
**Qualifications:**
* Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* 3-7 years of previous experience working in a human resources operations team.
* Knowledge of database management, reports creation, HR analytics, dashboards, and office software.
* Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Empathy and an approachable demeanor.
**Location:** Mumbai, India
**Duration:** 1 year as a term hire (extendable based on performance and project requirements)
**Start Date:** As soon as possible
