Position Brief 

We are looking to hire a dynamic individual as an HR Associate for our Human Resources department. As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations. and will be responsible to update and maintain employees’ details in both online and offline mode. You should also possess outstanding people skills and the ability to maintain the organization’s Culture across all our locations. Moreover, you should also be updated with the latest HR trends and practices. 

Duties & Responsibilities 

● Organizing orientation programs for new employees.

● Updating the employee’s details in the database.

● Complete Documentation and Personal Files Management 

● Helping in the annual performance review process. 

● Checking payroll details and resolving payroll issues. 

● Conducting employee Exit process and completing the paperwork. 

● Grievance handling 

● Scheduling interview meetings along with other team members. 

● Administering day-to-day Human Resources activities. 

● Performing reference checks and background checks.

● Onboarding and Orientation of new employees. 

● Reporting all the internal and external HR-related issues.

JOB REQUIREMENT

An Ideal Candidate Will:

 ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
 ● 3+ years of working experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or a similar role in the HR department. 

● Sound knowledge of working with HR software 

● Extensive understanding of human resources life cycle. 

● Knowledge of employment laws and practices. 

● Strong oral and written communication skills. 

● Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information. 

● Good organizational and decision-making skills.

● Ability to work in a team environment. 

● Proficient in MS Office Tools. 

● Ability to manage time efficiently. 

● Strong work and cultural Ethics Key Skills & Attributes: 

● Essential to have excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow up to solve problems.

Pay Range

Base Salary

INR 245000 – INR 300000/yr
