**Job Description**
We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Lead to join our team in Delhi. The HR Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals.
* Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
* Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
* Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
* Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Manage HR systems and processes, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
* Stay updated on HR best practices and trends.
* Contribute to the overall success of the organization by providing strategic HR support.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
* Experience in recruiting and onboarding talent.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for social impact and a commitment to Indus Action’s mission.
