**Job Location:** Delhi, India

 

**Experience Required:** 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with a proven track record of success in managing all aspects of the HR function.

 

**About the Role:**

 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Lead to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for all aspects of human resource management, including:

 

* **Talent Acquisition:** Developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.

* **Employee Onboarding and Development:** Designing and delivering onboarding programs, implementing employee development initiatives, and creating a positive and supportive work environment.

* **Compensation and Benefits:** Managing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive packages, and adhering to all applicable labor laws.

* **Performance Management:** Implementing and managing performance management systems, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and feedback.

* **Employee Relations:** Managing employee relations, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring a fair and equitable workplace.

* **HR Policies and Procedures:** Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate employee records.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals.

* Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

* Develop and deliver effective training and development programs for employees.

* Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws.

* Implement and manage performance management systems, providing regular feedback and coaching.

* Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.

* Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

* Maintain accurate employee records and reports.

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with a proven track record of success in managing all aspects of the HR function.

* Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.
