**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring employee well-being, and implementing HR strategies that align with our mission and values.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Strategic HR Planning:** Collaborate with the Head of People to forecast and plan for present and future human resource needs.
* **Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:** Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the organizational culture and values.
* **Employee Relations:** Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Conduct regular check-ins and employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and job satisfaction.
* **Performance Management:** Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes. Guide managers on performance improvement plans and professional development opportunities.
* **Training & Development:** Identify training needs and coordinate relevant professional development programs. Support career growth and skill enhancement for employees.
* **Benefits Administration:** Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration.
* **HR Compliance:** Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain updated policies and procedures, and communicate changes effectively throughout the organization.
* **Data Management:** Maintain accurate and current HR records. Generate reports and analytics to inform decision-making.
**Qualifications:**
* Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
* Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably within the non-profit sector.
* In-depth understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
