**Job Description: HR Manager – Human Resources**

**Position Summary:**
The HR Manager will provide expert guidance in organizational design, culture enhancement, capacity building, learning and development, and compensation optimization. This role involves collaborating with grantee organizations to craft tailored HR solutions, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering employee engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic start-up environment, enjoys scaling organizations, and is passionate about creating great workplaces.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Organizational Design and Development:**
– Partner with leadership to assess and improve organizational structures.
– Design and implement changes aligned with strategic objectives.
– Guide leaders on change management processes and competency frameworks.
2. **Culture Enhancement:**
– Conduct culture assessments and pulse checks.
– Share best practices for building positive organizational cultures.
– Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
3. **Leadership Training and Development:**
– Design and deliver leadership development programs.
– Coach senior leaders to enhance their skills and team performance.
– Drive the Leadership Academy for grantee organizations.
4. **Learning and Development:**
– Develop comprehensive L&D programs, including curriculum design and evaluation metrics.
– Leverage technology for innovative learning approaches.
5. **Compensation and Benefits Optimization:**
– Conduct compensation benchmarking surveys.
– Partner with HR teams to optimize C&B strategies.
**Desired Qualifications and Skills:**
– Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field from a top-tier institution.
– 5-8 years of relevant experience in people management, operational efficiency, and problem-solving.
– Strong relationship-building skills and ability to build trusted relationships with leadership.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
– Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, change management, and culture transformation.
– Experience in a high-growth startup or as an HR Business Partner is highly desirable.
