**Job Description**
AKRSP(I) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. As an HR Manager/Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the HR department and contribute to the success of our organization.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assisting and coordinating the recruitment process.
* Manage Induction and orientation process for new team members.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
* Assist team members with HR related inquiries and resolve HR tickets in a timely manner.
* Help maintain training records and track employee development progress.
* Assisting in employee engagement activities such as outdoor events, internal celebrations, and recreational activities, team building exercises etc.
* Generate reports and provide data for HR metrics and analysis.
* Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed by team members.
**Skills and Competencies Required:**
* Prior experience working with HRM Software.
* Knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
* Ability to coordinate and work as a part of the team.
* Efficiency in time management.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
* Overall more than 4 years of experience in an HR profile.
