**Job Description: HR Officer**

**Location:** Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Khandwa (Madhya Pradesh), Muzaffarpur (Bihar)
**Education:** Post Graduate or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
**Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or development sector HR roles.
**Skills & Competencies:**
– Familiarity with rural/decentralized work environments.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Knowledge of HR policies, grievance redressal frameworks, and basic labor laws.
– Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.
– Willingness to travel to field offices and remote clusters.
**Job Profile:**
1. **HR Implementation & Support:** Assist in rolling out and monitoring HR initiatives; provide operational support to line managers and field teams.
2. **Recruitment & Onboarding:** Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertisement, shortlisting, interviews, and documentation; organize inductions for new joiners.
3. **Policy Interpretation & Communication:** Ensure clear communication of HR policies and guidelines; act as a field-level resource for HR rules and compliance expectations.
4. **Grievance Facilitation & Staff Support:** Support timely resolution of staff grievances; escalate serious issues to the HR Lead.
5. **Learning & Development:** Coordinate training sessions; assist in identifying training needs based on feedback and performance data.
6. **HR Data & Reporting:** Maintain and update staff data; provide regular reports on recruitment, attrition, and training participation.
