Key Responsibilities:

Engagement:

● Support in the design of engagement activities for all AIFT members (staff & consultants).

● Lead effective execution of engagement activities pan-India to ensure a positive and energizing working environment is fostered in alignment.

● Lead the employer branding activities.

● Execute pulse and other HR surveys, analyse and report insights, lead action plan for continuous improvements.

● Lead the culture building initiatives.

● Manage the organization’s Happiness Action Group.

● Manage Annual staff retreat.

● Manage internal Townhalls and Staff meets.

Recognition:

● Support the design of Talent recognition practices across programs & functions.

● Execute end to end recognition initiatives across programs & functions.

● Recommend and lead adoption of tailored best practises in talent recognition.

HR Communication:

● Create HR collaterals for Leadership reports, memos, presentations, knowledge resources and Talent trends.

Qualifications:

● Master’s degree in Human Resource Development/Management /Industrial Relations from a reputed university/ institute.

Work Experience:

● Minimum 5 years of experience working in a reputed International NGO handling Engagement and staff recognition for Programs/ Implementation teams. Experience in design & execution of internal HR communications will be an advantage.

● Must have the ability to think creatively.

● Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

● Must have proven experience with communication tools such as PPT, Canva, Visual Studio.

● Must have experience of handling Internships, Campus placements and Volunteers programs in the development sector.

● Must have strong data skills.

● Must have strong attention to detail.

● Ability to influence via communication.

● Must have proven ability to work in fast evolving environments, competing priorities and work under pressures.

● The role requires frequent travel in India and across NCR – the incumbent should be comfortable and willing to travel to the Project implementation locations.
