**Job Description: HR Recruiter**

**Experience Required:** 1-2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the development sector or fundraising.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

– Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, and aptitude relative to job requirements.

– Coordinate with interview panels, schedule interviews, document feedback, and maintain proper records.

– Prepare documents such as offer letters and consultancy agreements.

– Provide analytical reports and trackers to the team.

– Ensure adherence to Plan India’s safeguarding and gender equality policies.

 

**Education & Experience:**  

– Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field (preferable).

– 1-2 years of relevant work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the development sector.

– Prior experience in fundraising department recruitment is an advantage.
