– Build a thriving startup and SMB ecosystem by fostering collaborations among stakeholders.  

– Lead ecosystem mapping to identify gaps and opportunities.  

– Oversee portfolio teams and support tailored programs in high-impact sectors.  

– Track ecosystem performance using key metrics and publish periodic reports.  

**Qualifications:**  

– 8–12 years of experience in ecosystem development, startup incubation, or government-led entrepreneurship programs.  

– Strong stakeholder engagement, strategic partnership, and program execution skills.  

– Understanding of startup funding, innovation ecosystems, and government support structures.  

– Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.  

– Familiarity with the Indian startup landscape (Chennai a plus).
