JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible to support the Compliance, HRMS , Payroll, and Internal Controls Team.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support team in day-to-day HR compliance activities.
- Support team in day-to-day HRMS activities.
- Perform administrative work, maintaining compliances’ files, letters.
- Support team in collating new joiners’ data for PF and ESI registration.
- Support team in ensuring all payroll related compliances are in line with relevant laws and internal policy adherence.
- Support team in ensuring all compliances are updated.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports (periodic/ monthly MIS)
- Work closely with the team, ensuring completeness of HR Audits.
- Assists with planning and execution of webinars, orientations, meetings.
- Provides clerical support to the Team.
- Completion and assisting in paperwork.
- Assist Manager PR, Compliance & IC, and Human Resources Coordinator in paperwork of procurement tasks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s OR Master’s degree with 0-2 years’ experience in HRMS, MIS & HR Compliance.
- Experience of HR administration.
- Development sector experience is preferred

- Knowledge of excel
- High on Integrity and work ethics
- Timeliness on all deliverables including submission of reports/ challans
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to support staff at all times related to payroll or compliance queries
