What your role will entail:
- Supporting Mumbai location as HR POC in handling the entire HR-related activities for the allocated schools.
Sourcing & Recruitment: - Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle for entry- level to mid-level roles.
- Campus hiring and other strategic partnerships for recruitment purposes.
- Manage Employee Onboarding and effectively induct the new employees into the Akanksha system in collaboration with Managers.
- Collating and providing payroll inputs for salary processing of Employees and consultants for every pay period.
- Managing Exit process and full and final settlement payout.
- Manage data accurately for the assigned schools.
- Support the city team in HR Analytics.
- To have a deep understanding of all HR policies and ensure timely implementation /execution.
- Contribute to the HR team goals and priorities beyond individual goals and priorities.
- Actively participate and engage in any other initiatives planned by the team.
What you need for this Position
Experience: - 1-2 years’ experience in relevant work experience in HR roles.
- -Proven experience in Hiring and data management.
- -Experience of working in development and non
- – profit sectors preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- -Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- -Strong Excel, Word, and Power Point skills
- -Self-motivated and attention to detail
- -Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders
Education:
-Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Preferably in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology)
