Summary

Muskaan Dreams seeks a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the organization’s human resources, working closely with the HR Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the non-profit sector and possess exceptional skills in HR management, recruitment, employee relations, and organisational development.

Based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, the role involves end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring HR policy compliance. Designation: Human Resource Manager 

Reporting to: Lead Human Resources 

Experience: 3-5 Years (Nonprofits work preferred)

Vertical: People Management 

Location: Noida (U.P)

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee the orientation and training of new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and implement strategies to enhance job satisfaction and workplace morale.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance and set development goals.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Stay abreast of changes in labour laws and industry best practices to update organizational policies accordingly.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employees’ skills and competencies.
  • Support career development initiatives, mentorship programs, and skill-building workshops.

Must-Have Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in the non-profit sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
  • Familiarity with relevant labour laws and regulations pertaining to the non-profit sector.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for efficient HR management.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software preferred.
