**Job Title:** Human Resources Head

**Key Responsibilities:**

5. Enhance performance management frameworks and employee well-being.

7. Ensure HR operations compliance with legal standards and best practices.
**Requirements:**
– **Education:** Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
– **Experience:** 10-15 years of HR experience in the development sector, with a proven track record in HR strategies.
– **Skills:** Strong leadership, problem-solving, and proficiency in MS Office tools (MS Team, Outlook, OneDrive).
– **Attributes:** Thrive in dynamic environments, build teams, and engage in hands-on problem-solving.
– **Languages:** English and Hindi.
