**Job Description: Human Resources Head (Full-time)**  

*Location:* New Delhi, India  

*Start Date:* December 31, 2024  

 

 

### **Experience Required:**  

– 10-15 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the development sector or a similar environment.  

– Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.  

– Strong leadership skills, both strategically and operationally.  

– Excellent problem-solving abilities and task prioritization skills.  

– Proficiency in MS Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word) and organizational software (e.g., MS Team, Outlook).

### **Role Description:**  

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead Peepul’s Human Resources function, enhance organizational culture, and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have the ability to design and execute an effective HR strategy, attract and retain top talent, build a thriving workplace culture, and contribute to our mission of educational transformation.  

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Craft and lead Peepul’s HR strategy, aligning it with organizational priorities.  

– Partner with leadership to design and implement recruitment, talent management, and performance improvement processes.  

– Build a collaborative and engaging work environment that fosters team growth and productivity.  

– Develop and scale learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.  

– Establish robust HR systems and processes that ensure smooth operations and compliance with legal standards.  

 

 

### **Requirements:**  

– Educational Background: Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.  

– Professional Experience: 10-15 years of HR experience, preferably within the development sector.  

– Other Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools and organizational software; knowledge of HR best practices and compliance standards.  

– Attributes: Strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a passion for driving meaningful change.
